Tymchenko Mykhailo Mykhailovych (Candidate of Political Science, Associate Professor)
A graduate of our faculty, a political scientist. In 2011-2014, he headed the Dnipropetrovsk branch of the International Association of Political Science Students (IAPSS) and was the deputy head of the Ukrainian branch of the IASS. He was awarded honors from the leadership of the university, city and region, in particular the badge "Excellent Student of DNU"
A member of the Public Council at the Dnipro City Council.
Since 2014, a postgraduate student of the department. He wrote a candidate's thesis on the topic "Party Communications of Modern Ukraine: Structural and Functional Dimension" (studied how parties form their value systems, how they create formal and informal decision-making procedures). In 2017, he became a candidate of political science.
Since 2018, an associate professor of the Department of Political Science, Sociology and Public Administration.
Field of scientific interests:
• political parties and their place in the political system,
• management of party structures,
• ideological changes in modern political parties.
