Purpose of the educational program
The purpose of the educational program "Public Administration, Mediation and Electronic Governance" is to train qualified specialists in the field of public administration and administration, capable of effectively performing professional functions in state and local government bodies, public institutions, public and international organizations using modern management, communication and digital tools.
The educational program is aimed at developing in applicants systemic knowledge about the functioning of public authority and public policy, the principles of democratic governance, strategic and project management, openness, transparency and accountability of public activities.
Special attention within the program is paid to the development of practical skills in conflict resolution, mediation and arbitration, as well as mastering the tools of e-government, e-services and digital communications necessary for working in the conditions of digital transformation of the public sector.
The educational program ensures the formation of the ability of applicants to analyze management processes, participate in the preparation and implementation of management decisions, interact with citizens and stakeholders, and also creates a basis for further study at the second (master's) level of higher education.

The focus of the educational program "Public Administration, Mediation and E-Governance" is focused on training specialists for the public sector, able to work in conditions of decentralization, digital transformation and growth of social interaction, combining managerial, communicative and digital competencies.
