The third level of higher education is the educational and scientific level. Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
The goal of the educational program is to train doctors of philosophy in political science, capable of independently conducting original scientific research, producing new theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of political science, as well as critically understanding complex political processes and phenomena of modernity.
The educational and scientific program is aimed at forming in-depth knowledge in the theory, methodology and methods of political science research among applicants, developing research, analytical and predictive competencies, and the ability to work with various types of empirical data, scientific texts, digital resources and interdisciplinary approaches.

Special attention within the program is paid to the development of academic integrity, scientific ethics, international scientific communication, as well as the preparation of applicants for integration into the European and global scientific space.
